The Alaska Immigration Justice Project is a non-profit agency that provides low-cost immigration legal assistance to immigrants and refugees in all immigration applications including citizenship, permanent resident status, work permits, asylum, family-based petitions and immigration petitions for immigrant victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. Immigration law is complex and changes frequently. Our staff constantly monitors changes to federal and state legislation, executive orders, federal regulations, and judicial and administrative decisions that impact Alaska’s immigrants and refugee populations. This information is posted on our website under “Immigration Updates.” |
